JevPilot Privacy Policy

JevPilot is a Chrome extension that automates tasks you describe in your own browser. It has no server and no account. We (the developer) do not receive, collect or store any of your data.
What stays on your device
- Your settings: API key(s) (typed in or received from OpenRouter when you press "Connect OpenRouter"), model names, language.
- Your tasks, tables, results and learned page recipes.
- Long-term memory (can be turned off, viewed and deleted in the Saved tab): facts you told the agent about yourself, notes about how websites work, and short summaries of past tasks. Passwords, codes and card numbers are never stored.
These are kept in Chrome's local extension storage and never leave your device except as described below. Uninstalling the extension deletes them.
What is sent, and to whom
- To the AI provider you configure (OpenRouter by default, or TypeSafe if you add its key), using your own API key: the text and controls of the page being automated (and a screenshot of that tab when the agent needs to look at it), your task instructions, and, when a field's value must be inferred, the relevant values from your task or table. This is needed to decide each step and to verify results. That provider's own privacy policy governs what it does with the data.
- To the JevPilot credits service (only if you use JevPilot credits instead of your own OpenRouter account): your credits key, to look up what you bought and issue a usage key with that limit. The service stores nothing; Polar keeps the purchase and OpenRouter keeps the usage.
- To the websites you automate: the clicks and values you asked the extension to enter, as if you had typed them.
- From a working folder you choose (read-only, optional): file names, the text of files a task needs (sent to your AI provider), and files uploaded into the page you asked it to fill. The extension never writes to that folder.
- To your Downloads folder: only files you or your task asked to save (PDFs, downloads, result files).
After a task, a short summary of what the agent did is sent to your AI provider once, to extract lessons for memory; the result is stored only on your device.
Nothing else is sent anywhere. There is no analytics, tracking, advertising or sale of data.
What is never read
Password fields and file inputs are excluded from what the extension reads. At a login form it pauses so you type your password in the page yourself; the extension never reads or sends your password. The model can only choose among page elements the extension observed; it never supplies code to run.

JevPilot إضافة لكروم بتنفّذ المهام اللي بتوصفها جوه متصفحك. مفيش سيرفر ولا حساب. إحنا كمطوّرين مش بنستلم ولا بنجمع ولا بنخزّن أي بيانات بتاعتك.
إيه اللي بيفضل على جهازك
- إعداداتك: مفاتيح الـ API، أسماء الموديلات، اللغة.
- مهامك وجداولك ونتايجك والوصفات المتعلّمة للصفحات.
- الذاكرة طويلة المدى (تقدر تقفلها وتشوفها وتمسحها من تبويب المحفوظ): حاجات قلتها عن نفسك، وملاحظات عن المواقع، وملخصات للمهام اللي فاتت. عمرها ما بتحفظ باسوردات أو أكواد أو أرقام كروت.
كل ده محفوظ في التخزين المحلي للإضافة جوه كروم، ومش بيخرج من جهازك غير بالطريقة اللي تحت. ولو شلت الإضافة، كله بيتمسح.
إيه اللي بيتبعت ولمين
- لمزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي اللي انت اخترته (OpenRouter افتراضياً، أو TypeSafe لو ضفت مفتاحه) بمفتاحك انت: النص الظاهر وعناصر الصفحة اللي بيتم تشغيلها (ولقطة شاشة للتاب لما الوكيل يحتاج يشوفه)، وتعليمات مهمتك، ولو قيمة خانة محتاجة استنتاج، القيم المرتبطة بيها من مهمتك أو جدولك. ده لازم عشان يقرّر كل خطوة ويراجع النتيجة، والمزوّد نفسه بتحكمه سياسة الخصوصية بتاعته.
- لخدمة رصيد JevPilot (بس لو بتستخدم رصيد JevPilot بدل حسابك على OpenRouter): مفتاح الرصيد بتاعك، عشان تعرف انت اشتريت كام وتطلعلك مفتاح استخدام بالحد ده. الخدمة مش بتحفظ أي حاجة؛ Polar بيحفظ الشراء وOpenRouter بيحفظ الاستهلاك.
- للمواقع اللي بتشغّل عليها المهمة: الضغطات والقيم اللي طلبت من الإضافة تدخلها، كأنك كتبتها بنفسك.
مفيش أي حاجة تانية بتتبعت. مفيش تحليلات ولا تتبّع ولا إعلانات ولا بيع بيانات.
إيه اللي عمره ما بيتقري
خانات الباسورد ورفع الملفات مستثناة من اللي الإضافة بتقراه. والموديل بيختار بس من عناصر الصفحة اللي الإضافة شافتها فعلاً، وعمره ما بيدّي كود يتنفّذ.
